On the receipts from your purchases in the parks there is a phone number and email address for you to be able to order things (as well as business cards from DD), I was wondering if anyone had ever called or emailed an order in. Do you have to have a UPC or do you just describe what you want...??? Any help would be great
:confused3

I just recently did this. and wdw did not have what i wanted, so they gave me disneyland's phone #. i called them and they had it and it came with no problems. i did not have any sku #'s, just a description of what i wanted.

hope this helps.

Thanks, that's great I was worried because I don't have the numbers. I hope I can get what I want....everthing ha hahahah

I've used this service twice and both times I did it by phone. Once I knew exactly what I wanted and where I had seen it but the other time I could only remember that I had seen it somewhere in the MK but I couldn't remember exactly which shop but i just described it and they found it!

I've placed 2 orders recently...had good luck. Took a bit of time to get here...but I didn't pick express shipping, which was quite a bit extra.

I did Last Year! But i wrote the UPC numbers of the items and i took some pics of them! It was at the EMP and some other stores. So i send an e-mail with all the numbers, descriptions, sizes and the pix too!! STALKER ME!! LOL! And first they told me NO LONGER AVALAIBLE for almost everything, then i called them and told them that i was just there at the store and send them the whole bunch of numbers etc etc etc! and Finally! I got all i wanted!

We used this service for Christmas shopping last year. DS(4@the time) had fallen in love with the monorail in general and especially the model monorail set up in the main concourse of the Contemporary Resort. All he wanted to do was to go down there and play with that monorail.

We decided that set would make a good Christmas present, but we wouldn't have been able to get away with buying it there without him seeing it. We also would not have had room to pack it or to get it home. Using Disney's direct order phone line solved both of these problems. Santa slid down the chimney and set up a monorail set, complete with switching station, extra track, and the Grand Floridian's monorail station. We had made mental notes of the parts he seemed to like best. He loves it and still plays with it all the time.

This service works well with items that are classified as "Theme Park Only", meaning you can't buy the stuff at a regular Disney Store. You either have to go there to get one or use that phone number. Most people don't know you can do that, cause I've seen monorail sets going on Ebay for more than what it would cost to call Disney and buy a new one. :earseek:
