Anyone ever use the Dining plan for Ohanas?

If so how does it work? does it cover EVERYTHING ('starters', 'apps' etc)? Also is there any way to pay for kids OOP or are they just thrown in on the plan with everyone else? Also, what about Kona Cafe? Can you use the TS credits for Sushi OR an Entree, or must you pay OOP for any sushi there? Thanks!

'Ohana is an All You Care to Eat menu restaurant. The price includes everything regardless of how you pay for your meal (Dining Plan or OOP). You can choose to pay for any one person's meal OOP while paying for others with the Dining Plan - so yes you can pay for the children's priced meals OOP if that's what you wish to do.

You can pay OOP for kids, but if they are 10 or older, you will pay the adult price even if they order from the kids' selections.

I don't know about Kona specifically, but we were able to order sushi at California Grill using the Dining Plan.
