Any pros/cons and does it really work. We got tons of rain this past weekend and it seems like the water is seeping up from my foundation where the floor meets the wall and I will probably be able to start harvesting mushrooms down there soon. Looking a the B Dry System and hoping that someone is familiar with it or has purchased it. How expensive is it (ballpark figure) Thanks.
