Anyone ever use Small World Vacations to book vac?????

Leigh is awesome. I live in Mexico, so everything has been done via email and fax, and she was so helpful with dinning reservations, and booked me free dinning before it hit the disboards.

Just as an FYI - I've used both DU and Small World Vacations. First couple times with DU were great. Then we had a disaster. They fixed it and we were satisfied but then I found SMW.

Since then (about 10-12 trips) I have used SWV for all my planning. They are quick to snag the lower rates. My TA is wonderful ... her name is Laura. I can reach her via phone, via email and she sends me stuff both through email and snail mail. When there are been a sticky point it is quickly worked out. And, I've used them for both Disneyland and DisneyWorld as we do about three trips a year! Going in about 90 days and can't wait!

Tink While I've heard good things about them. I've used Pete agency Dreams since finding the Dis. I've never been disappointed.

While I could do it myself, I feel part of being a Diser I should support as much of its sponsors and it's traval agency.

I usually get a quote back the same day. I usually ask for 3 quotes and receive all three. All my questions are answered the same day.

One thing I find nice about SWV is that you have a phone number in order to speak to your TA directly. You don't get this luxury with some other agencies.

We have used Kerri from SWV twice now, and have been very satisfied. it's easy enough to make the reservations yourself, but it's nice to have an expert on your side. She is always very prompt in answering any of our questions, switching plans, and getting the newest deals. No regrets.

I asked for a quote from Small World Vacations on Thursday afternoon, and didn't hear from them until today (Saturday - 48 hours later), basically welcoming me, and telling me they would get back to me "soon". Well, too late. I got nervous since I am an AP holder, and I have to book by Monday for that 60 day thing, so I booked it myself. When I emailed back and told the agent that, she said she was sorry but that she had just gotten the quote today. What took so long from the time I submitted it for her to get it? I guess I will just stick to booking on my own.

I am currently using Small World for my December 18-27 trip. My TA is Tracy. She's the best! She promptly answers all my questions and send me info on activites going on during my stay.
