Anyone ever use Bath Fitter???

We're considering replacing the tub and walls in our shower with Bath Fitter. Has anyone ever used them and if so, what did you like, or not like, about their products? Thanks!!

One of my friends looked into getting this done and it was really expensive, I can't remember exactly, but around $3K. They ended up having their tile and tub glazed and I couldn't believe how good it looked and it comes with a ten year warranty. Of course, the warranty is only good if the company stays in business. The glaze on the tile makes it look like porcelain tile and the tile used to be harvest gold.
