Anyone ever use Angel Alert at Disney..

Just wondering if anyone had used or heard of people using the Angel Alert child distance monitor while on holiday at Disney(or anywhere)? We are checking options for keeping our youngest children within safe distance and came across this on internet but have never heard anything about it before
Sounds like it is a good idea but then there is a lot of things that sound good but do they actually work?
