Anyone ever try the Flat Belly Diet by Prevention Mag.

I get Prevention magazine every month and trust the information in the magazine. Has anyone tried the Flat Belly Diet? I went onto the Prevention web site and the information there about the diet seems to all make sense..I'm curious if it works or is it just another "wacky" diet. Any info would be great, Thanks!!

My friend at work tried it and she now has Diverticulitis. She may have had it or gotten it anyway. There were a few things that she mentioned about it that didn't seem to mesh with my thinking, but she also couldn't tell me that much about it.

The Flat Belly Diet was on the Yahoo top 10 searches, so I clicked it. It doesn't look so bad. I'm going to look into it and see if I can find what she said that alarmed me. I thought I remembered something about foods you couldn't eat or something like that.
