Anyone ever taken a girl/boy scout troop?

Anyone ever done it? Did you sleep over? What are some pitfalls/concerns? Any ideas on where we could stay? I'm thinking maybe Residence Inn or similar where we can get all the girls in one "room".
All ideas and suggestions are welcome.

I just went with 20+ Girl Scouts (a Junior Troop, a Caddette Troop and a Senior Troop) this past October.
We stayed at the Girl Scout House in Anaheim.
We slept in sleeping bags on the floor.
It was close.
We ate breakfast before we left for DL and took snacks and water with us to the park. There are showers at the Girl Scout House and a Kitchen.
How many of you will there be?

Thanks for your reply!! I didn't realize there was a girl scout house in Anaheim. What service unit/council should I contact about that?
We are a troop of 9, and we'd probably have 4 adults with us.
Did you do tickets through Disney or from somewhere else? We don't meet that magic number of girls to make it 10. I'm going to look into seeing if another troop wants to do a day trip there or meet us there.

I will get the information about the Anaheim Girl Scout House.
We also looked into the Seal Beach Girl Scout House but the girls decided they did not want to go to the beach during that trip so that is why we stayed at the Anaheim Girl Scout House.
I am not sure if it would be cost effective for your small group to stay at the Girl Scout House. But, if you met up with another Troop that might make a difference.
We earned our vouchers for Disney's Give-a-Day Get-a-Disney-Day and then upgraded those vouchers to 2-day park hopper passes.
We had a GREAT time!
