Anyone ever stayed at the Bay Front Inn's Charlotte Carriage House?

This is in St. Augustine FL. I have stayed at the Bay Front Inn, but not this carriage house. The website www.bayfrontinn.com says it is just right for two people. Wondering if anyone has ever seen it in person?
