Anyone ever rent from these people at WH?

but I will say that an uneasy feeling needs to be listened to.

I have had two great experiences renting from private owners. We are going for a third trip soon. I feel really good about this place, too.

Whoa I would be really upset if they canceled my ressie for themselves. For al you know they may have gotten a higher offer on their rental rates for someone else and if that owner would do that I would not rent from them. However that magic palace home is the most beautifully decorated home I have ever seen! only thing that lets it down is unreliable owners and the let down pool view of bricks and railing.

I am renting from this person - so far I have had a good experience and have not had any problems. But after reading middleofamerica's experience I'm now really nervous.
