I have 2 day tickets that expiry in 20 yrs:) they are 2day 1 park , with 3 Fun visits. Has anyone ever received something similar?
I would like to use just the fun visists(WP and Disneyquest) but would like to save the park admissions for the future. Is this possible. It says no where on the tickets that they expire after first use? Does anyone know if i can save the park days for futre?

Yes, my tickets are always saying, "Gee, Beanie. You're so beautiful!" ;) :) Noooo, the only freebie I ever received was given to me by my company. They wanted me to go to Orlando for work and I bargained my way into a few tickets. :cool1:

I dunno. Maybe Cheshire Figment will come along. She's the Queen of Ticket Knowledge.

If nobody knows, ask at Disney. They should know!

We have 4 tickets from when we at WDW during Hurricane Jeanne just sitting in a drawer here. LOL They are each a One Day Ultimate Park Hopper and also good for 20 years.

I would think that if you use them in any way (at a water park for example) then that would therefore activate them and depending on the type you have, cause them to begin to expire within however many days. :confused3

Typically these tickets cannot be upgraded.

And typically, they do not have the no-expiration option -- meaning that they are good for 20 years.. but once you use them the first time, you have 14 days to use all the entitlements or they would otherwise expire.

If you are going to the parks, I would go to Guest Relations at MK. We had a problem with DW's ticket on our last trip and the Poly concierge told us one thing, Epcot Guest Relations said another, and MK ended up being the final say.

Epcot GR said that her ticket didn't have any more days on it. I explained to the CM what her ticket should have been, and she gave us a free ticket for park entry so we could make our ADR.

We got complimentary one day passes one time when we tried to go to Mass & it had been moved from the Polynesian to the Contemporary because of construction or something - we missed getting to the Contemporary because they didn't let people know that it had been moved- when my dh went to the front desk to complain, they gave him the passes - they expired within 5 years- we used them!

I've never received free tickets for Disney? How do I sign on for something like that?

We got complimentary passes back in the mid-1980's a couple of times when electrical storms knocked out power to all of the rides (lights and cash registers worked just fine, though). I remember crowds forming in the base of SSE (back when they had a gues relations station there and you could make dinner reservations at WS restaurants via computer - WOW!) and CM's handing out passes for a free day, even though it was about 5 pm and the park closed at 8 that night! I don't recall there being an expiration date on those tickets, but you could not use them to upgrade.

thanks for the respones, I know i can't upgrade don't plan on it. But i have park admission tickets already. Not WP & more option. So i hoped i could use just the waterpakr and save the park admission. I will contact Disney to see if i can use or if they will expire after first use.

We got free tickets on 9/11 - they were handing them out to everyone as we exited during the evacuation. They were just one park, one day admission tickets, and we used them in 2007. I doubt you could split the ticket into 2 separate ones (park admission, WP & more) or upgrade it, but it never hurts to ask.
