Anyone ever hear of Villa Concierge at Poly?

I just called and tried to upgrade our Dec. ressie at the Poly to concierge and the CM said GVC and LVC are not available, but Villa Concierge with a marina view is available for the postcard rate of $495. She said this is located in the Tonga building.

Has anyone ever stayed at this level and what is the difference between the villa and LVC?

The Tonga building houses the suites at the Polynesian resort. I rarely hear of these being discounted so it may be worth it to give it a try! Here is a link to info about this building:
