Anyone ever done these side trips?

San Diego Zoo


We arranged these side trips through DL Travel since DW & I have never been to CA. We also have transportation included(I hate to drive in a big city I'm not familiar with). Any experience with these tours?

Nope, though I've been to the San Diego Zoo when I wasn't on a tour, and it's one of the best zoos in the country! I think you'll enjoy it

I did the SD Zoo two years ago, but not from Disney. San Diego is beautiful and the zoo is amazing, you can't go wrong there.

I did the Legendary Los Angeles tour this summer from Disney. I think that was the name of it. It was an all day event. We got to see Hollywood, Rodeo Drive, Long Beach, Santa Monica, Venice Beach and more.....It was a nice tour because we got to do so much and not worry about how to get everywhere. I think it's definitely worthwhile once, but I think that in the future I would explore on my own.

The San Diego Zoo is a World-class zoo, and truth be told it is a better zoo that the LA Zoo. There are not as many World-class zoos as you might think, so I would definitely recommend going!

I’m not sure what your used too, but I don't think you will be disappointed.
