Anyone ever booked on Disney.com??

I was reading the TERMS AND CONDITIONS and it clearly states that the "RATE" could change at any time UNTIL the reservation is PAID IN FULL!!! Is the correct and normal?? I haven't done a lot of traveling, but I thought when you booked a reservation that was what you paid. If you put down $$ and pay it out, should it make a difference??

We have booked at least ten times using Disney.com and never have had our rate change prior to final payment.

Thanks for the information, but I just got an AWESOME off site rate of 32.00 per night. I think I'll be staying there and saving some big $$$. I know we'll be tired of driving back and forth, but we are on a STRICT budget!
