Anyone ever book through...

Dreams Unlimited? I saw that they have a good cancelation policiy. Dh and I always change our mind. Well, we are always looking for a better deal and almost always find one after we've booked. I'm new here and saw the Swan/Dolphin deal here and other places (Expedia, Travelocity, etc.) I don't think you can get it directly through the resorts. Just wondering how safe it was. Thanks!

I think Dreams Unlimited have a great reputation!

But, I have personally never used them so I am giving you a *bump* in hopes that someone will give you first hand advice!

Cancellation policy is the same as booking with Disney direct.

We LOOOOOOOVE our TA from Small World. Her name is Susie Preskitt. She called back every day for me until I got the exact ressie I wanted and I have changed my mind a million times. She always comes through for us. Good luck!

...very responsive, pro-active about finding the best rates (even after you've done the initial booking)... they even do PSs! We've been pleased and would use them again...

For Disney DU is able to get you the 5 day cancellation and the one day on Swan/Dolphin.

Lately when I get CRO I always seem to get the travel company with the 45 day cancellation

That's funny, when I get that I demand a transfer or I simply hang up and call back. I do that till I get someone who can give me the 5 day cancellation.

Dreams is great for both Swan/Dolphin and for Disney resorts. I had originally booked the Swan for our Feb. trip then decided on the Yacht Club shortly before we were to go. Bob, our Swan agent, and Sue Ellen, the one that was handling the YC did great. He was even able to get me cancelled at the Swan after the purported "cancellation deadline".

I am booking our second trip thru Dreams Unlimited right now. I think they are great. I am working with Susan H and she has even replied to my emails on weekends! I think they are great and that is why I am going thru them again. Especially if you are not as "in the know" as some folks on here. They have been very helpful. I say go with them!

I have our June trip booked with Dreams Unlimited and our December trip booked with Dreams Unlimited. I could not be happier! They are wonderful!
