Anyone ever been on a game show?

My mom was on $100,000 Fortune Hunt (which is an Illinois Lottery based show) and won a car!!! It was a very exciting time at our house :) .

Pyramid with Dick Clark in 1984

I'm jealous - that's my all time favorite game show - I tried out in 1986 but didn't make it...........

I remember channel surfing a few years ago and seeing an acquaintance of mine and CookieGVB's on "Win Ben Stein's Money". And, she beat Ben Stein!!
The surprising thing is that if you met this woman, you'd think she was an airhead. Guess not!!!

My wife and I were each on "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire". I sat across from Regis and she sat across from Meredith.

I plan to try out for others when the opportunity presents itself.

Well, never a televised game show, but I have been to The Price is Right Live and Family Feud Live here in Atlantic City. Great fun!

I was just going to post this! i was up on stage for price is right live...i wanted to go to family feud, but havent yet!

I was on "Win, Lose or Draw" with Bert Convy. It came to Philly back in 1988. Our celebrities were Brad Garrett, Mr. T, Carol Alt, and MTV VJ Nina Blackwood. I lost, but was able to keep $800 plus gifts. (I choked on the word anvil, even though i knew what it was after watching so many Road Runner cartoons :rotfl2: 0

I was on the syndicated Weakest Link when it first started - taped in November 2001 and aired January 2002. I did win, about $4,000. It was a BLAST!

I tried out for WTTBAM, Wheel and Pyramid (the new one with Donny Osmond) and passed the tests but never got called up for any of them. I'd love to do Price is Right!

I was on Supermarket Sweep about 11 years ago. We didn't win but it was pretty fun.
Too funny! I was on it too about that time. My Mom and I. Got to the final round, but couldn't find the third clue.

Then came back as some Supermarket Sweep winner spree or some sort thing. Didn't win that time, and got a sleeping bag out of the deal! :thumbsup2

I was on a show in South Florida called "The Skipper Chuck Show" when I was like 8 :-)

I was picked to play a game and partnered with another girl that was blindfolded and she had to step on X's taped on the floor by me giving her oral directions. But I kept mixing up Right and Left, so she never went the right direction!

Anyway, I won a Hannah-Barberra prize packet (think Yogi Bear and all of the old cartoons). Yes, this was the 70's!!!

I was on the Major Mudd show when I was in first grade. We raced holding pingpong balls on a spoon.I dropped mine and cried on TV. Parker Brother's was the sponser and we each won a stack of games. :happytv:
