...book their holiday REALLY far in advance?

We are from the UK and booked our trip in May. (Me, DH and DS who will be 4). We're going for two weeks in November 2014. Staying at SSR and have the deluxe dining plan.

It's going to be a long wait!

We found out last week that my MIL and FIL were hoping to come out for a week and surprise us, but couldn't due to lack of annual leave for that particular time of year. Anyway, my MIL is coming out to join us for a week of our trip! She is flying out with us and staying in the same hotel (I'm hoping to arrange rooms close by or adjoining). I should probably clarify that we are very close to my MIL and it will be amazing to spend some good quality time with her and she wants me and DH to have some time alone for meals out etc so she has offered to babysit little one while we have the odd night out or go on some of the thrill rides etc).

I'm very excited and already putting an itinerary together

You are not alone!

Seems like whenever we get home from one trip, I look into planning another one! It gives me something to look forward to.

Plus, you are coming a long way - a trip like that I can totally understand planning well in advance!

We booked for next Feb way back in May. More time to plan (and we're traveling from England too!)

We're the same-have booked for next August. Love knowing next years holiday is all booked up-gives me something to look forward to!

We don't usually book that early, but we know at least a year in advance and start the planning. Enjoy!

We don't tell anyone though, I don't want any surprise guests at Disney!

We book ours a year in advance and start calling as soon as the 180 day reservation opens. Has never failed
