Anyone else with problems paying for APs today?

Anyone else having problems processing payments today for the discounted APs? I have tried 3 different cards and they are all coming up as declined. I called the banks and was told there is no balance on the card so that is not the problem. They also see the transactions trying to go through but they are not getting completed for some reason. I confirmed with the banks that the address etc I am entering matches what they have.

I know folks have had some problems paying with vacation accounts, but I thought I would be fine wish just a CC. Anyone else having a problem?
 
Could be a link or a server problem. Many payment systems default to declined if something is wrong with the connection. Hope things work out for you later. If not, you'll have to call MS. Good luck!

P.S. You could try a different browser or clearing your cache and cookies before you try again.
 
It won't even let me get that far. Red message keeps popping up that says I no longer qualify to make this purchase (or something like that). Trying to buy the DVC special PAP for my DH (already bought for DDs and I). Will have to call in...sigh!
 
Thanks CarolMN. I just called and made the payment over the phone. Apparently the problem was that in some backend system they have my address from 5 years ago which wasn't matching up with the billing address on my card. I make dues payments etc on my visa online every year so I am not sure what the problem is now.

Regardless, it is all fixed now and I bought them on the phone. Only bad part is I do not get a email cofirmation :(

Glad you were able to figure it out and thanks for letting us know the issue.

Don't worry about just having the verbal confirmation number without an email. When you are ready, just use the will call number to link the passes to your MDE account. You'll be able to make FP+ reservations when the window opens and you shouldn't have any trouble at Guest Services - we didn't. :)
