Our Elf Elliott and his reindeer friend Jingles have been up to some fun :goodvibes Yesterday they took every available pillow in the house and made a pillow fort in the living room and today they set up a race around the house (one in each of my boots) and strung up a Finish sign made out of toilet paper (Jingles was the winner). Tonight I think they are going to be doing some redecorating :rolleyes1

Oh I like the redecrating idea!! May DH can help me turne all the furniture in the living rom backwards or somthing.. wiritng that one down!!!

Marvin just came a couple of days ago!

This is our first year doing this and the kids are already waiting to see what else he does!

Here is our facebook link

In case anyone is still looking. AC Moore had some cute elf like (button legged) stuffed animals. I decided to buy a Christmas Moose to be our elf's best friend. They were 50% off so around $3.50-$7.00. Joanns also had a bendable elf.

Our elf, Drew, arrived Sunday night with a new friend - his reindeer Rodney. :goodvibes Last night he went ziplining!

Tonight he's going to leave the boys some Club Penguin card packs and buy each of them a one month membership. :thumbsup2

Ghosty left DS a chocolate advent calendar last night. I thought about having Ghosty eat the first piece but decided that would make DS MAD. Tonight - snow angels in the sugar.

I bought Dad an advent calendar this year too,so our elf could eat his December 1st treat and not make my son angry.

Jingle the elf showed up last night , brought DS8 a lego advent calender.

I saw DS pat jingle on the head as he walked out the door to the bus this morning and whisper something to him. LOL, I am dying to know what he said.

Hi all - my elf has created his own facebook page. If any of you have elves with facebook pages, could you please friend him to make it more believable? His name is Zigmund Von Elfendelf. Thanks!

Buddy came last night, along with an advent calendar for each boy! They have been talking about him for a few weeks now. This morning when Cody saw Buddy, he came running down the stairs and Screamed, scooped Buddy up and gave him a huge hug! IT was so CUTE!

Not sure what he'll do tonight, I'm thinking of TPing the living room as we went to Costco and got a JUMBO pack of TP!

Frisbee was driving the train last night, set up all the stuffed animals/dolls in the house put them on the train, put GS's hats on some of them, Frisbee left a new DVD to watch- GS was hysterical when he saw Frisbee this morning.

Tonight maybe lights all over the kitchen, that one went over big last year.

:cheer2: Yay, CC comes tonight! SOunds like everyone is off to a great start - so much fun!

I thought of two ideas all by myself! :) First, our elf is going to put some chocolate coins in my kids piggy banks--and leave some scattered around the table. They will love that, plus the coins are only $1.99 at Trader Joes. And, the elf is going to lead a sleigh of Reindeer--my DS loves animals and I think we have enough deer/reindeer around to make this work. Keep the ideas coming!

Jingle arrived on Thanksgiving morning and he's hung stockings (socks) on the Christmas tree, played ring around the rosie with other stuffed animals, played yathzee turbo, has hung from the light in the dining room, spent some time in our stockings, sat in the cookie jar reading a book, last night he brought the girls their advent calendar and tonight I'll set up a train for him to sit on and ride under the tree.

Last night Ghosty brought a box of Christmas Crunch for DS. He was found with remnants of his bowl of cereal next to him while he was head deep in the box looking for more! Silly elf!

I never found just the book, so I bought both and donated the elf to someone that needed one, and to be honest, we only used the book the first year and have not touched it since.

or is there a letter or something that can acompany my Elf that I can read to my DD and she will know why he is with us and who he is? thanks!
