Anyone else waiting for an overdue amazon delivery

I am waiting for DH's 'Spanish phrase a day' calendar but they have e-mailed me to tell me that the delivery estimate is between Dec 6-24! I guess as long as it comes by Jan 1st

I had a delivery today which I had ordered on the 3rd so ?!

I had a leap pad go missing last month. I had to wait a few extra days to make sure it didn't turn up and then they dispatched a 2nd one.

Hope your items turn up or that they get a move on replacing them

As this is for me it doesnt really matter, but they've really annoyed me today as I've had one of the elusive Pink DS on order for some time with a delivery date ending tomorrow. All along my account has stated 'This will be delivered in time for xmas' but when I checked this morning it showed it will be delivered after xmas!! How can they do this? I thought I was safe and didn't have to hunt anymore. I've just ordered one from ebay stores to come from Hong Kong, they have stock and its costing about £20 more than here, but worth it for the peace of mind!

Thought I'd ordered in plenty of time (beginning of November) and have kept an eye on the order every day which said it would be delivered between 1st and 5th December. Consequently I am not a happy bunny today as DD is going to be very upset. I've seen them on ebay but I'm not sure wether the Japenese versions are UK compatible. Anyway, Comet have got the silver ones in and they say we can exchange it after Xmas (if unused) for a pink one. We'll see, maybe (miracles of miracles) DD will be quite happy with the silver one!

Not sure if I got the e:mail but on the tracking system it says it was dispatched on 29th November. It seems like good news if they will just re-send. Thanks for all the support. I feel a lot less worried now.

The one I ordered is full UK spec, from a store on ebay, with the UK version of Urbz and fast delivery is £143, so more than it would have cost me here but prob worth it in the end!

They have e:mailed me back to say if it does not come tomorrow I need to re-e:mail them and they will send another. This is good news but I really hope it comes tomorrow.

I ordered something about a week ago with the free delivery and it arrived within three days. One day ahead of schedule.

They have let me re-order and have now dispatched the second order with Royal Mail (the other one was with parcelnet).

Hopefully this will come in the next few days now.

I think Amazon have got gremlins this season. I placed an order on 24th November and it arrived on the 27th november..............twice!! They realised their mistake and sent a £5 coupon to get me to send it back!!(I would have anyway).
