No restrictions here-I just sent in my last birthday treat last week, though, as my youngest is in 5th grade this year, no more elementary school birthdays for our family.
This year was Munchkins, I've done that, brownies, cupcakes (both homemade), Dunkin Donuts shaped like the number 8.
Teachers just ask no cakes, which I would have thought would be obvious, but I guess not!
I am 40 and birthday treats were a staple when I was a kid, all the way through elementary school.
