Anyone else still having problem with DisBoard app?

Almost every time I use the DisBoard app it gives me the "time out" error. It's very annoying. Any suggestions? Thx.

I've almost always have trouble. I need to use cellular data instead of WiFi, so not sure if that is the issue. I just started pulling up the website on my browser, seems to work better there.

the app needs a whole iOS 7 overhaul. It looks dated and never loads half the time.

Yep, we get this almost every time, too! If I turn off wifi and use data, sometimes it works, but not very often.

Me too, 9 times out of 10 on my ipad or iPhone. Wish there would be an update.

Yup, everyone has trouble with it. I deleted the app, since it never worked properly.

There have been NUMEROUS threads about it over the last few months, with no response from TPTB.
