Anyone else still have problems doing ADRs online?

Online is set up for 180+10 if you're staying on site. I just made all my ADR's online with no problems at all :thumbsup2

I was even able to go back and tweak a couple of times after booking a less preferred time (just took what popped up first go! ;) )

Nov 14 Coral Reef
Nov 15 Sci-Fi
Nov 16 Wolfgang Puck

Can you tell us about your reservation? Are you on the free dining plan? Did you book the stay online? Value, moderate, or deluxe resort?

I am on the free dining plan. Staying at CBR Nov 12-21. I booked original reservation online, called to add free dining when it was released. Booked all my dining reservations this morning online.

I use chrome and a laptop
 
I wonder if the commonality with people having the +10 issue is booking during the Visa release? Seems most people that can book +10 online didn't book during the Visa promo. It has me curious and Disney acts like there is no problem when you call. I have called 3 times to make reservations and each time I have gotten a different response regarding this issue, including talking to IT.
 
I am up at 6 am on a Saturday to make reservations for dining six months from now, and the website isn't working! Grrr! Now I have to stay up til 7 and call.

I will just sit here and cool my jets for another 40 minutes, I guess!

I'm having problems too. 5 am my time. It shows me the times available but when I click on one, it goes back to the original screen. Very frustrating. Watching times change so I assume some are getting through.
I've tried chrome, IE, phone, and ipad.

Isn't it just killing you? I really am only trying for one little bit tougher one at 'Ohana, but I see them going away and it makes me want to cry...over food :rotfl:
 
Joining in the misery.

It is so incredibly frustrating to sit here, refresh, see the dining reservations you want disappear, adjust your schedule so you can still make it to the restaurants you want and then watch them disappear again. The fact that some can make reservations and others can't is puzzling, but that Disney won't acknowledge that there is a problem is insulting.

At least I have an hour and can see what is available. I'll be adjusting and adjusting until the 7am and then I'll wait on hold hours.
 
I booked when go became available as nothing is working online... Come on Disney !!!!
 
Can't get it to work here either and got up at 5am on a Sat morning. Please post if anyone has success stories online this morning for the 180 + 10. Would love to avoid calling and possibly waiting on hold for a long time.
 
I booked deluxe dining and will defiantly be dropping it down to regular today if I cant get the restaurants I want.. What a waste of money.
 
The only one i was able to book was for 11/13 because thats exactly 180 days out not part of the 180+
 
This is completely ridiculous! Ours is a surprise trip for our daughters, so now I have to find a place to hide in our very small house to sneak and call to make dining reservations! So annoyed!!!! Seriously Disney fix your website already!!!!

Has anyone gotten through on the phone yet? I've been on hold just over 30 min. Was hoping to be able to go back to bed before my kids wake up!

And agree that this is completely ridiculous.

Just finished up. On hold for 30 minutes. 10 minutes to complete my 6 reservations. Still not feeling exceedingly magical, but glad it's done. Hope you all get everything you want!pixiedust:
 
Just got done... got almost all the times I wanted except 2 for Akershus in Epcot on 11/14 insted of early I had to go with a 10:50 but hopefully I will find a earlier time
&
BOG was not available at all during our trip 11/13-11/18 :(
Hopefully I can snag a FP+ for lunch though.
 
I finally got through but the cast member could not do my split stay. I have seen on these boards that you centimes and some have to call 3-4 times to get a cast member that knows how to do it. So, just called back and am on hold again. Hope it works this time!
 
45 minutes on hold. Got everything I wanted except for Be Our Guest (of course). CM I spoke to said they have not released all of the Be Our Guest reservations for the day I wanted so keep checking back.
 
No luck here for 180+10! When are they going to fix this? For a multi-billion dollar company, this is a major flaw.
