anyone else stay at 2 different hotels before you board the ship?

This is gonna be alot of check-ins! Checkin on turkey day at the airport we are flying out of the following morn. Checkin at the Radisson the night before we cruise. And then finally checkin at the port!
If youve done this any tips on how to make this run smooth? Packing separate bag for the 1st 2 nights? Unpacking/repacking the formal wear?

We're doing something similar in 2 1/2 weeks. We're staying near WDW the first and then at the port the second night. I'll let you know how it goes but our plan is to pack the stuff for those 2 days in separate luggage and maybe consolidate on the last night before we board.

We'll be 2 nights at Holiday Inn Family Suites, 5 nights at Old Key West, and 1 night at the Radisson. I plan on packing a small suitcase for the first 2 nights. Then get into the big ones for our 5 nights, then back to a small one at the Radisson.

Gheez!!!! what was I thinking of when I planned this trip.

We are staying at WL and then the Radisson the night before our cruise. I was thinking of packing everything we need for those two days in the carry on luggage and then leaving all the big luggage in the trunk of the rental car till we check in for the ship. I think that I may do a load of wash the evening we are at the Radisson just so everything is clean and ready again for when we board the ship.

This is our biggest vacation ever and so I am not sure how all this will work out? This is my plan!!!

Flew into MIA from UK on 08/23, drove straight to Orlando and checked into All Star Music for 3 nights (lived out of suitcases). Moved onto HRH (traitorous I know but it was FAB!) for 5 nights (unpacked everything and hung up the formals) then repacked and drove to port on morning of 08/31 to board the Magic!

For us it was like having 3 seperate vacations - I loved the feeling that when we checked out of each place we weren't headed for the airport to go home (except when we left the Magic, of course! That's always a sad time!)

PS - I did 1 load of laundry in HRH and 1 on the Magic. As soon as we had enough clean underwear to last, goodbye laundry (but I'm paying the price now!)

We're staying two nights at Coronado Springs and two nights at AKL prior to the cruise. But, since we drive, it's much easier for us. We can pack suitcases for the hotel and separate ones for the ship.

you can do it.. have a great time .. i would say do 2 suitcases
as you can see from my signature i will be bouncing round this trip as well but will have just one large suitcase for everythng ! it will all be packed strageticly though ! Michelle hey were are at DAY 71 !
