I think whatever I have started off as an allergy. Now I'm congested, coughing, runny nose. Yuck. I'm taking Mucinex and hot tea.

It's the end of the school year and I'm getting over a long-lasting cold I had for a few weeks. It never fails! I always get sick when vacation is coming!

I've been sick all week (which is why I've been able to be online so much). Lots of sinus congestion. I've been doing sudafed all week.

The kids have Mucinex mini melts, that's kind of like granulated sugar. Swallow with a little water. It's quick and portable and tastes good. We have bubble gum and grape. That has helped me a lot!

I was pretty sick a couple of weeks ago. I had a sinus infection that knocked me for a loop. No fever, so no doc. I was pretty sure it was viral so I let it run its course. It took about a week, I took Mucinex also and Nyquil at night. Sleep! That is all I did! I would get up, do a little and just lay down so I could get a little rest. 4 hours later I would wake up!

I hope you feel better soon. It is no fun when you are sick.

I hope you feel better before your trip. I will warn you that we've had a good deal of smoke in the area lately due to brush fires. I think that is what started my problem. We just really need a few rainy days.

I think that's how mine started too. Allergies then it blew up. I know what you mean about the pressure. Are you taking anything? Hope it clears up soon!

Thanks, I think I'm a little better today. Yesterday was the worst. I have been just like you described. I'll do a little something and then need to lie down.

Hi Ocean Annie! I hope you're feeling better. I am just now getting over this and it's been two weeks! It was a head cold with a sore throat and my sinuses were very blocked, then toward the end I had chest congestion. This morning is the first morning I haven't woken up hacking and I actually managed to sleep through the night. I had been waking up because I couldn't breathe and I would wake up coughing.
