is it me or is everyone's email box blowing up the last few weeks with new contracts trying to be sold or price reductions? wonder if its a market shift or is it nothing? maybe a peak?

I don't think the number has increased that much, but rather less are willing to buy with the new limited perks. So the inventory is sitting there longer. JMHO

The number of resales on the market tends to fluctuate between 400 to 800 at any given time. There seem to be more in the summer, and fewer around the holidays. By my count, we're up around 800 right now, so not particularly unusual.

908 on the market including the pendings- just had two reject in my opinion reasonable offers.

Prices seem to be remaining fairly high though. I'm kind of intrigued by some of the low ball VGF offers that have been accepted. I'm still not closed on a 50 point VWL resale. I'm worried that I might be developing a case of the highly contagious addonitis virus.

VGF -- 250 points, march UY. Fully loaded (500 available and 250 coming march 2017). Going to list for $130 a point. Had I not just purchased a 130 and 150 point contract, I would have likely been interested.

sent you his information via PM. Don't believe I get a referral bonus...did not ask. Just glad to pass along the information -- if it's available, it's a heck of a deal. My wife was already not happy about my purchasing the 2nd contract (got 130 points for basically $122.30 a point) -- so I doubt she'd be cool if I added another 250 points.
