Anyone else not get VM or GB yet? Update 9/30-called!

Since I haven't gotten either one, I'm wondering if I should call or continue waiting (except waiting means patience and I WANT IT NOW!) Anyone else still waiting?

Since I'm still waiting, I called MS this afternoon. I got a wonderful CM named Anne Marie (if anyone from DVC is listening, give that girl a raise-she's so good at her job!). Well, she told me that something must have gone wrong, Emailed whoever sends them out while I waited, and made a note to herself to follow up with me in about a month to make sure I got it. No excuses, just action. Great!

VM came today in MA. GB came h\while I was in Alaska on a cruise, so I don't know when it arrived.

Still waiting here in NY for both. I read VM on the DVC site but it's not the same as reading it in the bathroom.

I really don't mean to crow, but I'm amazed that both my MG and VM were waiting for me when I got back from holiday two weeks ago!! I would have thought that us Brits would have been among the last - though I'm not complaining.

GB came a few days ago here in CA - VM came weeks ago.

GB arrived a couple days ago. VM arrived sometime last week. I wouldn't panic just yet.

GB arrived here in DFW area of TX yesterday. VM arrived a couple of weeks ago.

I haven't received either one here in TX. I just joined in July, so maybe I'm low on the list or something.

I didn't know the new VM would be on the website. I'll have to go check it out there though I'm anxious to see my first printed copy! Hopefully soon!

Still waiting for GB & VM in MA. Someone posted they received 3 of these and I told them to hang on to them since I may want to bid on one of them!!! When I called MS I was told that I should be patient because they are being mailed and they aren't going first class! Annmarie

I figured out that GB is the member guide book, I got that last week. But what's a VM? In NY btw.

VM refers to Vacation Magic which is the quarterly magazine put out by DVC. If you go to the DVC website it can be viewed online along with past issues.

That's the story I was given last year, then the next few times I asked about it when calling all I got was a "hmmm....I'll look into that for you" and a "we don't handle those here" (well, gee, who does and who do I need to contact to get one? very frustrating) and then a "well, the new one should be coming out soon".....

This year I will be much more persistent!
