I don't think eating a grilled chicken caesar salad at Mcdonalds is all that bad for me. It is a mixture of lettuce, a grilled chicken breast, grape tomatoes and a small amount of parmesan cheese. I think the entire thing has like 250-300 calories. I don't use salad dressing or croutons. I order unsweetened iced tea to drink .
I like Panera, but there are plenty of unhealthy choices there too. It is all about making the right choices.
Okay, I just looked it up and a grilled chicken caesar salad is 220 calories and has 6 grams of fat.
McDonalds grilled chicken breast (included in the salads) may be low in calories, but look at these ingredients, definitely not healthy.

and boy for people who dont eat fast food why the heck are the lines for it at wdw so darn long?
