...the fashion from the early 90s?

Ive been watching the reruns of Melrose Place lately and I cant get over how much styles have changed in only about 10 years(which of course seems like yesterday). I love the clothes they wear, whether its the dressy work clothes Amanda wears, or the strech pants with the socks over them Allison is wearing jogging.
I wish that stuff would come back into style. So, anyone else want to go back?

I really liked the tailored suit coats women wore then. Not the football shoulders but the nicely tapered ones.

Of course I would like to have the body I had then so I could wear those again too

I could live without the blue eyeshadow though

No, I wasn't too thrilled with 90's fashions, but then again this is coming from a mostly jeans and t-shirt kind of girl.

Speaking of fashions, when I recently went to buy a dress, I could NOT believe the dresses they are trying to sell these days. Honest - I saw one I am SURE Carol Brady wore once.

But even the jeans from the 90s are much better than today. At least you could find a pair that came up to your waist...and you couldnt fit 5 legs in 1 leg hole.

Beg to differ, I love my low rise with a nice flair at the bottom. Fits very nice, then again, I'm rather young.

Do you guys remember those hideous colors in the early 90s? It was like a continuation of the 80s, all those bright yellows and hot pinks....eeek. Maybe thats just because I was only 5 when 1990 hit. The childrens clothes were hideous. All those tight spandex leggings in bright purple and such. Oh ew. Kids now have such better stores to pick from.

I wish baggier was back in, but I think the fashions were bad. I love my low cut, flared jeans, too, and I am 25 However, I don't really care for the thin straps, the tight fitting tees. Probably b/c I don't look too good in them, but still. I think less skin is more

I hated bangs - still do. Well, I mean, big bangs. Anything you rat I think looks white trash. And the blue eyeshadow - well, my SIL STILL wears it, along with tapered leg blue jeans, tube tops and keds. She also rats her hair. I have TRIED to get her into this age, but she doesn't have non of it.
