I called at 7 this morning, sat on hold for 45 minutes, got through was 3/4 of the way through the reservation when Disney cut me off.
Called back - on hold for another 20 minutes, CM told me system was being updated and she couldn't book the free dining right now, but she would call me back....
I am calling again and will keep calling till I get my Free Dining....
Anyone else running into this or is it my unbelievable bad luck?

I'm very impatient. Worrying that we won't get our resort choice, and don't want to upgrade and pay more than we are now. If she doesn't call me by 11, I might have to call and suggest she try the deluxe pin code, and I will change it later.
