Anyone else havng issue with mypoints rewards?

I ordered $10 target GC for my nieces and nephews about 9 weeks ago - plenty of time for xmas...or so I thought!

The site says delivery within 4-6 weeks, after 8 weeks I emailed and said that I never got them. They told me they had to forward my email to another dept, which would take 2-3 weeks for them to get back to me :eek: This is the only present we have for all those kids, I don't know what I am going to do if they don't get here in time. I ordered them in September, I never thought there would even be a chance they would not be here.

A couple weeks after I ordered the first batch, I realized I missed a kid and went back to order a Target GC for them....at that point they only had $50 target GC available. I don't know how they get the cards, but maybe they ran out of $10 ones? I ended up getting a kmart GC, and that came in the mail today....still no target GC's :sad1:
 
I'm not having any problems (ordered Rainforest cards and they came in about 2 weeks) but I've learned from the past not to try to order more than one gift card at a time. I've had problems with them before when I tried to order multiple cards at once. It might take them a while, but I've found that they usually fix whatever the problem is. I hope it works out for you.
 
I ordered two barnes and nobles ones together at one time, but when i got them I got one BN and one Borders... slightly annoying! but that is the only problem I have ever had.
 

No problems here- I just got my cards last week- took less than 3 weeks for me to get mine. I've only ordered 2 gc's at a time- never more. I've heard they are much slower at getting them out when multiple cards are ordered (3,4,5...). So, I've only stuck with ordering 1 or 2 at a time.

I hope you get yours soon!
 
Thanks for the heads up everyone - I will never order that many at once again.

I can't believe I forgot this part, but a couple weeks ago they also locked our accounts and sent my husband and I emails saying that we were the same person and that we had to give up one account.
DH and i emailed back that we were 2 different people, and they took the lock off his account. But, they sent me back an email saying that I needed to send them a photocopy of my drivers licence to prove it :confused: WTH??

Ironically, I have been a member for I think almost 10 years, and he has only been a member for about 1 year. But I am locked and he is fine :confused3
