Anyone else having weird points changes going on???

A few nights ago I logged on to the DVC website to see if a w/l had come through (it hadn't). But what did catch my eye: a stay I had just completed a few days earlier was showing as costing 192 points, when in actuality it was supposed to be 170 pts (5 nights at BCV, 2 b/r in June). It was correct when I booked, but it sure was wrong a couple of nights ago (Wed. to be exact), the remaining points availble for booking were wrong too, reflecting the error.

On Friday I checked again and it was showing 170 pts (now correct). I called MS-accounting and asked if they were having website problems, she said no. Is anyone else having problems like this? We have 3 different contracts linked to the membership number BCV, BWV, BWV and I treat those BCV points like 11 month gold. I'm starting to wonder how often I need to double check my points totals and see if they're accurate. I did a thorough audit last fall after we stayed at BWV and they upgraded us, that stay doesn't even show up now on my trips taken, but they did manage to adjust the points correctly. I'm getting nervous though that things could change and I won't be able to prove what's going on. Maybe from now on I should save the web page to a file. Anyway, SCARY!!!!
 
I don't know who to believe anymore. My records show that we have banked points that should be used first. MS tell me that they don't show any banked points. A few days later we make a new reservation and I ask about the banked points again, same response, no banked points in our account. Just before the Advisor hangs up she tells me that she just found 50 banked points, (my records show 27). She says that she will have a Manager fix our records. The was a couple of weeks ago. :sad2:
 
We had the same problem. We stayed in an OKW GV for 6 nights. The web sight prior to the trip listed points used as 394. When we got home the web sight said 438??? I called MS. They spent about 30 minutes investigating.
What I learned was that there seems to be two different software systems that don't communicate with each other very well.The Resort system is the one with the glitch. By the way, IT is working on the issue. Bottom, line MS system is correct and our point totals were correct.They did a great job explaining it to me and followed up with a detailed explanation by mail ,walking me through every point transaction.They also corrected the web site.Ms did a wonderful job and I have no concerns.
P.S. This event is apparently very rare.
