Anyone else having trouble with the Yeti Everest Game?

I soooo want the coupon! But everytime I try to dowload the game it says, "Please wait... Checking for updates" and thats it. Nothing else happens. I've waited for two hours, then tried to cancel it and my computer crashes :badpc:
Any advice? I really want that coupon!!! :thumbsup2
 
Hm I am not sure what game you are talking about. Could you post the link, maybe I could figure it out. (I am some what computer savy)
 
I have also had some trouble with this (BTW - NDAMomX2 - the link is www.disneyeverest.com -- the Yeti Vision game). It sounds like we are having different problems as I am able to download and install just fine, but can't play. I've emailed Disney about this and they are looking into my problem. From other posts I've seen, it looks like people who have Windows XP OS are having problems. You might send an email yourself so they know that it really is a problem. Hope they figure it out so I can get my EE picture! :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc
 
I do have XP. My sister was able to play it on her laptop, but no word wether she was able to print the coupon yet. I will try to email Disney. Is there a specific email address I cna use?

I have windows XP and was able to play the game fine. It didn't take that long to download. Seems like I did get to a screen that said checking updates and the was a button to click on that said cancel and I did. Was still able to play the game.

I just went to the WDW website and clicked on "Contact Us" at the bottom of the screen. It will bring up an email form screen and I chose "Disneyworld.com website questions" in the Subject line (I made sure to let them know it was about the disneyeverest.com website). They told me to just print out the photoprize file without playing the game, but that didn't work for me either. Let us know if you get something to work! :wave2:
 
I am also having problems. I can play the entire game but when I am done with episode 3 it freezes my computer. I've tried 3 times and the same thing happens. Oh well, I guess I'll have to pay for a pic. :guilty:
 
It did something funky on my computer too:( I had to do a system restore:(
 
[FONT=Comic Sans MS]I had the same problem. Check to see that your anti-virus software or firewall is blocking it. I have McAfee. I am not a computer person so forgive this explanation...go to your firewall program and instruct it to "allow full access" to YetiVision.exe. This worked for me![/FONT] :scratchin
 
Well I had my six-year old complete all three levels of Yeti-vision, and sure enough we got to print a coupon for a FREE Everest ride photo. Only problem is, it expires in September, and we are going in November! Oh, well, maybe we will try it again in a few months!

Ok, so i did the firewall thing! It worked! I could play. Iget to the end of episode three and it says that I have already printed the coupon! Uh, no! The first time I played, so how could I have done the coupon already! :badpc:
i'm going to try one more time. then i may just have to give up. all this for a coupon of me looking like a manica on a ride.... sheesh! :rotfl:

OK, maybe i'm a big dork, but I do not see anywhere where it says 'contact us'. I see help, and guest services, but that doesn't bring me to any email or contacts. I'm so frustrated!!!
 
I have Windows XP and downloaded, played and printed out my coupon. I had to turn off my pop up blocker.

WAAAAYYYYY down at the bottom of the screen in little white letters, it says "Help, Sitemap, and Contact Us". As far down as you can scroll.
