Anyone Else Having Trouble WIth Contact Us?

I've been trying to use the "contact us" at the bottom of the VMK pages and every time I try I get an error message. Has anyone else been having this trouble? Has anyone been able to get through?

I used the vmk help feature to report something. They told me to use the contact us button. I tried and it wasnt working. Sent another VMK help request telling them the contact us button was not working. They sent me a message back telling me to use the contact us button to tell them the contact us button was not working. Today i called one of the contacts in the player's guide and left a message on their answering machine. Maybe they will fix it.

I reported the problem to QA_Caffdawg, and put in both of the threads here that talk about people having problems. I've already heard back that they are working on it.

In computer speak, the estimated repair time is, "Soon". LOL

Thanks for the update Dara I hope it is soon. Maybe they'll extend the time for trivia entries.
