Anyone else having trouble taking the Mypoints survey?

This is the second survey I've taken that didn't register when I clicked the submit button. I just got a blank screen. The first time this happened, I went back and re-took the survey and it eventually went through. This time, I've tried it several times, but keep getting the blank screen. I know that you can only take each survey once, so when it lets me take it again, I'm pretty sure I haven't been credited for taking it.

No problems here. I took the survey last night and when I finished I got a pop up saying I got 5 points. Maybe you should send Mypoints an e-mail...

I had trouble yesterday - it just froze up on me when I hit submit. I went back later, re-took the survey & the little window popped up saying I received 5 points. Hopefully if you re-take the survey it will give you your 5 points.
