The trouble started about 2 weeks ago. When we go to the "items to be shipped" page on MyEbay and click on "print shipping label" and go to our paypal site--then put in the weight and all and click "pay and continue"--well it used to pop up a screen that showed a sample of the label for you to review--and then you would click Print--and all would go fine. Now--when we click pay and continue--it automatically says: transaction complete--label has been printed (although it hasn't been)--so we have to go to another screen and click on "reprint label" and THEN it will go. OR--we go through that whole process and then it will say "The Post office is unavailable" and we have to start all over. We ship about 200 - 250 packages a month, so this is QUITE a time consuming hassle.

Is anyone else experiencing this NEW problem with paypal and printing shipping labels???

I have never printed a label off of Paypal before so I don't know if this will help. I usually print labels off the US Postal Service site and was having problems last week. Finally I updated my Adobe Acrobat and was able to print no problem. Good Luck!!!

I've had alot of trouble lately, getting that same "unavailable" message periodically. For most of them, I kept retrying it and eventually it would print. I had one, however, that never would print after trying for 2 days. It was to an APO, so that may have been the problem, but I eventually took it to the post office.

Just used it today and had no problems....will need to use it again tomorrow...keeping my fingers crossed......

I was having a similar problem from the postal service website. They upgraded and now use Adobe 7. If you don't upgrade to the newest Adobe, it won't work. Not sure if your Paypal shipping is the same issue, but since it is printing USPS labels, my guess is the problem is the same.
