For the past two days I have been getting a pop up message when I log onto my Disney Experience. It says that I can start making Fastpass+ selections and to click on the link.

But when I click on the link it says Sorry you need a valid ticket. Our trip is in March and paid in full. We are about 63 days out until our trip. I tried doing a Disney Chat help thing, but she kept telling me I needed to be invited to do FAstpass +. Which I am, then she told me to just click on the link. :(

Has this happened to anyone else? Advice would be appreciated!

Do you have a ticket linked to your MDE account? If not, you won't be able to make FP+ reservations. Normally, they are not available to book until 60 days out (although some people have reported being able to book at 61 days).

ETA: FWIW, I was getting that same pop-up when I logged in to MDE well before my 60 day point and, therefore, was getting an error message when trying to book FP+. When I got to the 60 day point, it did in fact allow me to book.

Thanks for the reply.. We do have tickets linked but maybe it's because I'm still at 63 days . I'll wait until I hit the 60 mark and if it doesn't work then I'll panic.

I was hoping because I received the pop up that I was being allowed to book earlier then the 60 day window.

Thanks!

No, I still get the pop-up when I log in and I have already booked my FP+ (and am not able to book any more as I already have 7 days worth booked).

I had the same thing.

the website seems to know you have on-site reservations, so it tells you to make your selections.

the page that actually makes your selections validates the 60 day window.

I informed them of this easy fix 2 months ago. It really is pathetic how bad their tech team is on that website (I do this stuff for a living)

So this might be confusing to explain but here is what happened to me.

I was within my booking window but when I went to get fast passes it said not eligible for my magic plus. However I had picked magic bands and linked tickets and stuff.

My profile avatar picture was Walle and I noticed that when I went into the magic band selection area my name was there but it was not the Walle picture. I called and somehow an additional manageable account of my name got put on the system so the tickets were linked under the Walle me but my band was under a different me. Making the system think I was not eligible. Confusing I know. I called and it took about 2 mins after 17 min on hold for them to merge to the two so I could make fastpass selections.

Same thing also happened with my fathers account who is traveling with but has a seperate account

I'm also going in March. I kept getting the same pop-up. I called Disney about something else, and happened to ask when I would be able to choose my FP's, andthey said that I would get an email letting me know when I could start making FP+ selections, and that it would likely be 60 days before my trip. Today was my 60-day mark, so when I got up, I checked and was able to make my FP reservations. I didn't get an email until around noon, but I had already booked my FP's by then :)

Same thing happened to me with one of the kids in my group. There are four of us total and when I tried to make FP+ reservations one showed up as ineligible for MM+. A call to tech support found the same situation you had. They were able to merge everything together and I've made our reservations now. The phone call went much better than I expected.
