Anyone else having problems logging in on DMR?

I thought maybe I'd forgotten my password, but when I try to retrieve pw it says I don't have an account. :confused3

That's funny because I have an email with my May DMR statement. I wish Disney IT would quit screwing things up with the website. Last week my DVCmember account wouldn't work, now this!:rolleyes2
 
I am having exactly the same issue with DMR - I was prompted to go to the site from an email to my valid email address, but I can't get in. I had the same result with my password change request.

Funny you mention dvcmember.com. I tried to get into MyDisneyExperience over the weekend using an account I had pre-DVC that I've been using successfully for MDE (for both our trips last October and last month). When I tried to log in over the week-end, it treated me like a brand new guest and my reservations were gone! I called IT and they found everything under my dvcmember.com login (which, back in the day, the IT group MADE me create separately from my original Disney login). No one can tell me how the information move happened, and as of this morning, all my info is now in BOTH login accounts!
 
I had something else happen to me. It showed I only had 150 pts, but I know I had over 4000. I ended up clicking some button...not sure which one. It sent my a link to me through my email. It showed I had 2 accounts. I was able to retrieve the 4000+ pt account that way.

This looks like the problem I'm having too. I guess I'll have to call them tomorrow. It's just so frustrating. I wish they'd get their act together with their IT department.
