I have only been able to access the passholder page once or twice. Every time I enter my passholder information, it goes right back to the log in page. I've tried to call Disney to see if they have a tech desk to help, but no such luck. They told me...you can just call to check rates...ugh!!! What a pain when I want to just play with dates and rates.

Has anyone had the problem and figured out a way to resolve it?? HELP!!!

Rachel

I have not been able to access it using my exchange certificate # yet, though a CM told me that I should be able to.
Calling again to the AP office to try to get some resolution to this.

I only seem to have problems logging in to it late at night. If you check the regular reservations system at the same time, it is also down. I haven't any problems logging in to the AP area during the say, so far (knock on wood!). ~Ev

hey rach2674, I thought that it was just me! I have had taht problem for quite a while on my laptop, I tried to email from the link, it wouldn't go through either. I called, got the same talk as you, " I can check rates for you". Now here is where it gets REALLY WEIRD..... I CAN access from another, desktop computer in our house :confused3 :confused3 . Both are running XP Home, Spy Sweeper and Norton. I tried making all WDW sites "allowed", still nothing. THis is too weird, especially since I HAD been able to access until somewhere mid January, early February. Oh yeah, I get an error message at the bottom of the page, saying that scripts were missing or something.

Maybe it has something to do with laptops. I've never tried for another type of computer. I may have to go to my parents and try it there. Thanks for the tip.

I don't know if it's a laptop thing or what. I'm running a Compaq Presario V2311US, as I mentioned, it "used " to work. Now, I can' even get onto the regular Disney websites, I get this error message at the bottom. All I can figure is that when I di some automatic update from HP it has some type of filter that I'm unaware of. SEriously though, if you have access to another computer, try that. I really felt dumb when I was able to sign on from the desktop unit. Of course I'm so darn lazy that I don't want to get up and walk from the kitchen where the laptop is to the sewing room where the desktop is, go figure.
