Anyone else having issues w/ Disney gift card site?

I've been trying to log onto the Disney gift card site all morning, and it's telling me my password is wrong. (it's not ) so I clicked "forgot password". And it never sends me the verification code to change it. It's like I'm locked out. is anyone else having any issues ?
