Anyone else having issues booking tickets on Universals website?

No matter what we do, we can't get our Universal ticket reservation to go through or it charges our credit card and then issues an immediate refund. No confirmation emails received and phone line is busy, busy, busy. Anyone else?

I did have an issue buying an AP last weekend. I just saw a spinning wheel and the purchase didn’t finish. I was not charged, I waited until the next day to be sure. I ended up calling the pass holder line and purchasing that way. You could purchase your tickets in the app, I didn’t do it because I was looking to verify that my previous attempted purchase wasn’t pending.

Could your card be frozen or locked for online purchases or location differences for security reasons?

Good question - no, I have been able to make other purchases.

I was able to get through to someone on the phone so I am all set now.

Yes I had the same problem a couple weeks ago . I had to call and purchase over the phone
