Anyone Else Having Issues Booking Mears Connect?

Hello All,

I'm trying to book round trip for Mears Connect for a trip in March and I keep getting an error message when I try to enter my airline (Southwest). Southwest is listed in their drop down box, but I still get the error message ("Incorrect value") when I choose it. Has anyone else had similar issues or does anyone know how to correct this issue?

In the airline box, type WN; that will bring up Southwest and allow you to enter flight number and arrival time. The system will not allow you to continue, if there is an error in flight number. I used an iPhone and had no problem selecting Southwest for the airline, on a one-way reservation.

You can call, if you continue to get an error message.

Thanks so much for the help. I selected WN in the drop down and it still gave me an error message. I've been trying to do it on my I Pad. I'll try it on my phone.
 
I had this happen to me earlier tonight. I refreshed the browser window and then it worked. :confused3
 

Several weeks ago I had the same problem. I tried for 2 weeks to make a reservation and kept getting tripped up when I went to enter my airline (Frontier). Eventually I had success but I had to do it on my phone. No matter how I tried to do it on my laptop (and I tried refreshing, different browsers, etc..) I couldn't get it to work. Worked right away on my phone.
 
Ive tried to call Mears to change my resort drop off and pick up as well as airport arrival time. I was told I had to email. Ive emailed and still waiting for a response. I leave January 1. I dont like that if I need to connect with them the day I leave which is at 5 am, I cannot call them directly. Anyone else leaving January 1 and waiting. I did go online to try to modify my ressie but the online ststem says it does not recognize my confirmation number.

I put above on their FB page and IM through FB and still nothing. Maybe I should just cancel.

Are you able to cancel (and get a confirmation of the cancellation), and then book a new reservation with the updated info?
 
I would cancel and rebook; the online system for Mears Connect does not allow for modifications.

I just tried to book for a late January trip and got the message that the site couldn't load any Orlando options.

I wonder if they are having driver shortages, like Disney.

They absolutely are. We’ve gone three times since April (including the week before Christmas) and every time we’ve seen them using other charter bus companies to help meet their demand. I’m not sure if it really matters with the new Mears Connect service, but it was a bit of a buzzkill When we arrived in July to get on a non-Magical Express bus with a sub contracted driver who couldn’t care less about why everyone was there.

Mears has always used Mears-branded buses for Magical Express in addition to the wrapped ones. Are you saying, though, that it was not even a Mears bus, but one from a different company?

Yes, I’ve seen them use Dynamic Tours, Viking Charters, and even a few small local charter carriers for Magical Express operations throughout 2021.

Wow. Didn’t realize that. I haven’t had to use DME since I moved to the area last year, so I guess I was unaware.
