Anyone else having Disney website issues?

Did it just randomly fix itself? (gotta love Disney IT)

It did. I was printing out daily itineraries for my mother-in-law, and never could get that day to load. Every other day, no issues. When I clicked on that date, it would freeze up. I would actually have to close out Safari and reopen to get it to do anything. Strange strange. Several days later, no issues.

Yep, that's exactly what's happening to me. Glad to hear it will (hopefully) eventually clear up :)
 
This is an option that they're either not bringing back or can't figure out how to bring back since their 'magical enhancement' a month or so ago.
I REALLY wish they'd bring the online payment option back. Or at least allow people to see their remaining balance. Before it went away, our balance went down by $200 (we had no idea why, and nothing had happened except we'd been waiting on a $300 GC to arrive from Disney in the mail). Then when DH called to change our itinerary, the $200 had been reversed.

I was also getting paper invoices after making a payment but that stopped awhile ago too, I think the last one I received was before Thanksgiving!

I definitely got an invoice in the mail, I have 4 of them! In fact, when I first got one, I was excited because I thought it was a PIN or something like that!! It was a mailing thanking me for my payment of $.... and giving me my balance!! Others must have gotten this! :confused3

Are you registered online - my Disney experience? Only thing we ever got in mail is when we first book and then midh later the magic bands and travel docs
 
Thank you! Does anyone have the mailing address to make payments? I cannot locate it and, as I said, the cast member I spoke with on the phone could not locate it either. She was trying to get me to set up a Disney Savings account on their website.

It would be much easier to call and use their automated system to make a payment. It's annoying, but not at all difficult.
 
I tried for weeks to buy AP's online, and book resort reservations. For AP's I would hit add to cart and the cart button and it would come up "your cart is empty" and for reservations I would get the "we can't add this package to your cart at this time, please try again later". I called tech support and they tried to walk me through different options (including an incognito window). I had also sent an email and a few weeks later I got an email back.
"Let us first apologize for all the inconvenience you've had to go through. Our website has been undergoing some major magical enhancements the past few weeks and believe me when I say you're not alone in this issue. The good news is that we hope to have everything back up and running smoothly by this coming weekend. If your trip is within the next 60 days, please call our reservation center at 407-939-1936 to book a room and get your tickets, etc. If you continue to have issues, please contact our Internet Help Desk at 407-939-7765 so that they can assist you but also report it to our IT department."

Needless to say, I still can't do any sort of online purchase or reservations.
