Anyone Else have trouble with the NEW Disney Website?

I guess that is where people are getting these customized maps from??? I have high speed and all the software they mention -- what is up? Is it just me and my computer challenged self.

All I get is the message "THE MAGIC IS LOADING" -- I let that run about 2 hours ... no magic is loading for me ... a big load of nothing! Any ideas ... Can I get those customized maps a different way?
