I'm sorry if this is in the wrong forum-I wasn't sure where to post it.

Anyway, I can never seem to get my reservation to pull up on the disney website. I always get a message saying it is "unavailable at this time, please try again later" only later it is still not available :confused3 Also, when I call Disney, the automated system never recognizes my reservation number either, I have to have a cm pull it up. It is very frustrating. I'm afraid I am going to have a hard time with online dining reservations :( Anyone else had/have this problem? What can I do?

Every now & again I do...remember the confirmation # is case sensitive-make sure you capitalize just like your original #. Sounds very frustrating...

Well are you registered with the WDW website, because you need to do that in order to look up a reservation.

Also for my families August 2010 trip I had no problems looking up our reservation after it was made.

Did you book your trip through a travel agent? that may be the problem. I booked through a travel agent for our upcomming trip and when I called Disney to confirm that everything was in order, the CM told me that I had to confirm through the travel agent since they technically "owned" the reservation.

I booked with Disney directly, and yes I am registered on the Disney website. I tried putting it in (my reservation number) with the dining system yesterday to associate dining reservations with my resort reservation number, and it did recognize my reservation number, so that was good. At least I will not have problems making my dining reservations, it is just very frustrating to not be able to pull it up on the Disney site to make payments, ect.

I've had that same problem several times. I never know when it will be recognized and when it won't. I don't know what to do about it though, and it is frustrating. Glad you were able to get it to work for your ADR's! :thumbsup2
