Anyone else have trouble getting order from Crocs.com?

I have been waiting and waiting for my order so I called today and they have not even sent it yet. It's been two weeks. The guy I spoke to said that I should have my order by this weekend. Goodness. Has anyone else had this kind of trouble?

In the past I have had very long waits with orders from Crocs.com. Recently I placed two orders though and got both orders within a week. Maybe they were waiting for an item to be restocked to complete your order? I don't know, but I have had to wait 3-4 weeks in the past before my order was fulfilled and they are awful with communicating anything regarding your order and shipment.

Last month, we placed an order and had to wait over 3 weeks to get them. When I called Customer Service, they told me that they were waiting for some shipments from Mexico. It seems like they have had many sales lately and have had some trouble keeping up with the orders.

Did you order during the recent sale? I've heard complaints on a couple other (Canadian) boards that the wait has been upwards of 3-4 weeks lately.

Yes, I ordered during the sale. I ordered the pink Minnie Mary Janes for my DD for our trip next month. I just hope that they still have them. I guess we will have to wait and see what happens.

I placed an order a few months ago. After about 3 weeks i called to see what had happened. First i couldnt find a 800 number so i had to call long distance then i was on hold for twenty minutes just to find out they CANCELLED my order without telling me!!! They didnt have what i ordered in stock so they just cancelled it and never notified me. I'll never order from them again.

I always get our crocs from shoebuy.com and have usually had them in 2 days. There is usually a link on msn.com for a sale.

I have been having troulble with 2 orders as well. fortunately I have been communincating directly with a person in customer service who is trying to help. it is just taking a while. I think if they run out of something on the order, it hits a snag and stays open.

If you want their product, now is the time to try to get them. Be patient during this time. And if....and this is an if.... if you place an order and do not receive it and call the # and it's disconnected- don't be surprised.

Oh please! They have been coming out with new styles and just launched a new website, so I don't think they will be closing soon. I ordered 3 pairs when they they had the free shipping and it took about a week, I have never had a problem with them, although I do buy most of mine through Shoebuy.com simply because alot of the times they have a 20% off deal and they always have free shipping and free returns.

I ordered from them on Thursday evening, I got my shipping confirmation last night that says they should arrive by Friday. Pretty quick if you ask me.

Also when I've ordered in the past I haven't had any problems. I agree with a previous poster, you must have ordered a popular item.

Actually, what DISboadser said is true....Crocs is in trouble.

I've ordered from them twice in the past 6 weeks. the 1st order it took them 2 weeks to ship, and shiped Fedex ground which has to be the worst shipping service around! It took another 2 weeks to arrive! the 2nd order it took them a week to ship, and arrived a week later.
