Anyone else have trouble getting credit through CD?

I have done several offers for which I have paid a fee and have not yet received credit. These are offers I could have done through SR, but were lower payouts so I chose to use CD instead because I am trying to earn money for my upcoming trip. I will be really PO'd if I don't receive credit on these offers, when I have never had a problem with SR. Also I am still peeved that I paid for new business cards from Vistaprint to get the $9.00 payout when it was listed as a "shopping" offer and nothing listed as having to be a new customer. I thought a shopping offer was a shopping offer.

Is anyone else besides me in this boat? It seems like I keep hearing great positive reports about CD, but I am not so sure I am liking it so far.

I love the fact that on SR Tricia posts when something will not credit if you are already in the company's database, or states when there might be some catch. I guess I am spoiled by the customer service at SR. At CD I feel like there is a lot that must be "assumed" by the user. SR, in my opinion, is much more user friendly.

I think I will try to get to $50 at CD, then cashout and continue with SR.

I am with you 100%. But I did not lose any money so I can't imagine what you feel. If I decide to do a CC offer, which is so rare, I go with SR because I know the customer service offset any extra money I might earn. I do cashduck as a side reward site to make a tiny amount of disneycash but use SR for my main site. Tricia is so good about everything.

I did the mvelopes offer over the weekend and haven't been paid yet. Don't know why that is. It's a long trial though so I can open a trouble ticket no problem to dispute it. There are a few "little" offers that I haven't rec'd credit for but I have rec'd credit for the majority of the paid offers I have done through cashduck. I can see your frustration though if you are getting paid more through one site then I would stay with them primarily as well.

How long should I wait before submitting a trouble ticket. Everyone keeps talking about almost instant crediting, so that is what has me worried.

The Mvelopes offer IS one of the ones I have not gotten credit for either.

Same here. I did the blockbuster offer b/c the payout was $32 with CD and only $25 with SR. I did that almost a month ago. I've submitted a trouble ticket and then went back and submitted a noncredit form. I've yet to hear a word about what's going on and it's really ticking me off! I will be livid if I am not creditted the $32. I should have just went through SR. Tricia is always so helpful and fast to answer questions. I'm not finding that to be the case at all with CD. Once I get my Blockbuster credit, I'm cashing out of CD and sticking with just SR I think.

I don't blame you for being frustrated...I have lucked out with both CD and SR. Right now I have two tickets out with CD, one is the Stamps.com offer, which was free, so I can't be too upset. And the other is for French Women Don't Get Fat...now that one I am a little concerned about...I paid $20 to join, so if I don't get my $$ I am NOT going to be a happy camper.

Now with that said...I did two paid offers on Rock Hard Cash and so far neither of them have credited...I am thinking about just sticking with them for the free stuff!

You can technically submit a trouble ticket at any time but Kira can not open a dispute with the company until a week has passed.

Some offers do not credit instantly some do take longer so I would wait until a week and if still no credit then open one.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the mvelopes offer credit will credit in a few days.

This is exactly how I feel. Not only am I out the $$ that I paid for the offer, but I can't even try again with SR, knowing I would get credit there.

I also had e-mailed Kira a question about the Vistaprint thing and did receive a timely response, however, the response was somewhat belittling, like I should have known better that the offer was for first time customers only. Well I'm sorry, but when I saw it was a "shopping" offer, I thought it was just that. It didn't specify and it shoud have...period.

Sorry, I am just venting now. I'll shut up and go back to doing SR, which I like better anyway.

You can never put a price on great customer service!

Also having trouble. Offers seem to be not crediting as fast. I did three offers yesterday, the first two have not yet credited, but the last one did:confused3
I hate to do anymore until these clear up. Hopefully, the credit will come soon:banana:

I do check in at CD several times a day, and it hasn't seemed like Kira has been online at all when I've been there. I wonder if she's ok or away or something and that's why things aren't crediting as quickly. I'd like to give CD the benefit of the doubt, I guess that is my nature, so we'll see.

overall its been great.. but I am still waiting on cinema now and provela.. been 2 weeks since I filed non credit forms.

I've had good results with CD. I've done 14 CC offers and the only one I haven't been paid on is the e-music trial ($.99 for a trial that pays out $6) but it has not been a week yet. I'll file a trouble ticket on 5/18 if I need to.
I joined CD on 4/26 and have made $319 so far. There are a lot of small $ sign-ups I haven't been paid on yet but overall I'm happy with CD.

I still prefer SR though-have already made supermember for the 3rd quarter in a row! :cool1:

Add me to the ones who can't get anything from CD. I opened a new e-mail address, set everything on my computer to accept all cookies, etc. tried some smaller offers that I know I have never done and I have gotten ZIPPO from it. I mean not even a single penny. No feather nada, nil, nothing. I have just decided to stick with SR and QR. I still do the paid clicks also at My Points.

I did really well with Cash Duck at first but lately nothing seems to credit for me. I'm about ready to just give up on them. I don't have time to just endlessly sit around clicking for no reason. I haven't lost any money because the offers that haven't credited haven't required a fee.

I did get my payment for last month in my account today though, so I will say that they do pay the money out once the offers credit.

I was just credited for Mvelopes. Anyone else?
