I called on Sunday to change my 1 bedroom SV room at BLT to a 2 bedroom for next August.
My two older children may want to come and I realized that it would be better to do it now than wait. And, the difference (if I could get SV) since I was reducing the vacation from 6 nights to 5, would only be 24 points.
I called and they only had SV rooms for 4 of the 5 nights. They did have LV so I told them to change to that and then I would WL SV. Since we are still 9 1/2 months out, I am hoping that I have a good shot.
Anyway, they couldn't make the change. There is something wrong with the program that would not let them modify the reservation. The points came out for the 2 bedroom but it wouldn't allow the actually confirmation of the room. They told me it would take a few days but that they had the LV room held so I would not lose that.
The problem is that I can't go on the WL for the 2 bedroom SV until it is set.
I call today and it is still not fixed. They even had to cancel out the 1 bedroom completely but assured me that my 2 bedroom LV room is safe (have this on the answering machine) but was told it would take another 48 hours or so and that a supervisor is taking care of it.
So, has anyone else not been able to make adjustments?
