Anyone else have Feb vacation this week?

Here in MA, we always have this week off from school. Do other places have a winter break this week as well? Just wondering if it would be a good time to go to WDW in the future, or if it is too crowded. Thanks!

We don't have any time off this week- we didn't even get Monday (had to make up a snow day).

MY DB lives in a suburban county near Atlanta, GA, and they have the whole week off. They are in Key West, fishing.

As for hitting WDW- believe it or not (I couldn't believe it when I heard, but I guess it's true), President's week is supposed to be one of the busiest weeks of the whole year, only behind Christmas, Easter, and possibly 4th of July.

I live in south Jersey and no one in our area has the week off, but most have off last Friday and this past Monday. Some people extend on either side of this weekend because the kids are already missing one day from the week.

Most, if not all, the kids here on Long Island have off this week. I've also heard that Presidents Week is a very crowded time now.

Western NY schools and most colleges have off this week too. We also get a week off for spring break in April.

Hi, We went last February vacation week and yes there were others who had the week off, and it was very crowded. That said, we found the crowds to be very manageable as long as you follow the rule of getting to the park early and use fast pass. They do add extra entertainment, extend the hours (MK was open to midnight most nights), and the characters were out in full force so that helps make up for it. We had a blast but if you are looking for quiet this is not the week to go.

No, not us.

Unfortunately, the only days we get off between Christmas & Easter are M.L.K. & Presidents' Day. That's it...just the 2 days. (Although we did have unplanned snow days last week).

We are now in school until the Thursday before Easter.

**But we are taking going to WDW world May 12-19. Can't wait!!!

we DID have the whole week off, but freakish October Storm took back Thursday and Friday.

Not sure who gets the whole week off and who doesn't. Even amung my firneds, some have it off totally, some only a couple dyas and some not at all.
