Anyone else have a cat that will eat anything?

As I'm sitting here, I put some of my lunch up on top of the monitor. I only had a few tater tots left on the plate. My cat hops up and snags a tater tot and runs off. She is siamese, are they known for eating anything they can get their claws on? She is such a weird cat. All of my animals are weird. She eats grapes, LOVES vegetable soup, and will eat crackers.

Not only am I a weirdo magnet as far as people go, but I am as far as my animals go as well.

We have a bunch of weird cats here too. The baby will eat anything! She loves carbs: potatoes, chips, crackers, french fries. Sassy, the momma cat, loves rice pudding and will only eat it from a spoon that DH holds for her They love roast beef from Arby's. They really like the garlic chicken that DH makes. I could go on and on. Thank goodness they are little.

They've all decided that Purina Kitten Chow is the necter of the gods and that is the only dry food they will eat now.

We had Siamese cats growing up. They never ate anything but Meow Mix in the yellow bag.

we had a cat that lived to be 16 yrs old and everytime we cut a cantalope he would jump up there and try to get some . He was a good cat but he ate strange Non-Cat like stuff. What cat likes toast???? its strange I tell ya

My kitten, Jack has six food groups. Cat food,people food,cardbord, plastic, paper, and other things. Quite the fat little porker.Well, actually, Puss is a little porker, too. Were just one big happy famley of porkers, really. those are some pritty funny Siamese you've got. Mosmom, your cat probably said 'Dude, gimmy your tots!", took one, and ran off.

My black cat eats really weird stuff. One of my favorite snacks is pretzels and hummus. If he hears the hummus container on the counter he goes nuts and will crawl all over me until I give him some. He usually licks my bowl clean. He also loves carbs... popcorn, uncooked pasta, pretzels... french fries are a particular favorite, he always goes NUTS. You can't leave a bag of bread on the counter because he will eat through the plastic to get to the bread. He once ate through a box to get to donuts. He also has a particular love for the plastic rings from milk and water gallon jugs. If you are opening a new jug of something he begs for them and we find them all over the house.

My other two are more normal, they go nuts for meat and milk (the ice cream or cereal bowl is their favorite). Bagheera will also go for the dairy but he's not one bit interested in meat. No atkins for him!

Jazzy eats anything and everything too. She absolutely loves steamed cauliflower (with or without cheese). I can't leave food on the counter or she will steal it. The other day I was making stirfy and she jumped up and stole a snowpea! I caught her under the bed munching away on it.

My cat will eat anything, including foods I don't even like - mushrooms, brussel sprouts. She also eats salsa, cranberry sauce. Any kind of meat.

Only things I've never seen her eat, (that I've offered her,) peanut butter, citrus fruits, (oranges, grapefruit, limes, and lemons,) and some foods she won't eat depending on the spices that are on it, (paprika and cumin.)

My last cat, Annabelle, would fight you for a cookie. she would drink from your glass, and eat off your plate if you let her.

My cat Slimmy loved baked goods. He once got into a box of muffins and ate all the tops off of them. He also had a thing for pie.

Growing up Milo and Mrs. Milo had a Maine Coon cat. He loved spaghetti and Popeye's fried chicken. He would also eat pineapple, raisins, all kinds of strange stuff. He lived a long, happy life too!

Tinkerbell will eat almost anything. Hot/spicy things are the only things she won't eat. She loves meat, icecream, sweet potatoes carrots.

Martha OTOH will only eat a few people foods. Beef jerky, pork rinds and cheese its.

oh yeah.. especially candy! He loves icecream and snickers bars (don't worry, we pull of the chocolate) he eats tacos with lettuce and a shell. buritos, pizza, any soup broth.. but especially tomato.. he ate apple once, but i dont know if he liked it.. if you hand it to him, he'll try it! My other cat will only eat dry cat food.. won't even touch the wet. The only weird thing I've seen him eat is the guts from after you clean out a pumpkin. My kitten Moe that died ate pumpkin too.

I know our vet has recomends pumkin for sick cats. My aunt has had to feed it to several of her cats over the yrs. For some reason they really like it, and will often eat it when they won't eat anything else.
